WS4: Evaluation of Quality and Impact of Project

Objectives:

• Evaluate the quality and impact of those actions undertaken within the project
• Elaborate on the final evaluation report of WHOSEFVA actions

Activities:

• Develop an evaluation plan for soliciting feedback and analysing data collected from trainings and health care protocol implementation activities.
• Train partner organizations on how to collect local evaluation data
• Collect local evaluation data from training and protocol test sites
• Analyse evaluation data collected in healthcare and social settings
• Create an Evaluation Report to close the data and determine if objectives, outcomes and expected results were achieved

Outputs:

• 1 Evaluation Plan
• 1 Evaluation Report
• 1 Training with partner organizations
